Interpretive responsible-visit scene

RESPONSIBLE VISIT

Curiosity without disturbance.

The app supports careful looking from lawful public access. It does not grant entry, direct fieldwork, identify vulnerable sites, or guarantee current conditions.

Stay on public routes

Respect closures, barriers, signs, traffic rules, private property, cultural restrictions, and directions from a site steward.

Leave material in place

Do not collect, move, chalk, rub, clean, repair, climb, attach, or excavate historic material, monuments, grave markers, or structures.

Protect living people

Obtain informed permission before recording or sharing a person’s story, image, name, contact information, routine, or location.

Supervise children

A parent, guardian, educator, or other authorized adult should choose activities and remain responsible for safety and appropriate access.

Urgent situations

Kanab Memory Atlas is not an emergency service. If someone is injured, in immediate danger, or a hazard threatens people, leave the hazard area and contact local emergency services or the responsible site authority.
